VICE-PRESIDENT OF RETAIL SALES

STEVEN BARBERY

Position to manage all U.S. retail relationships

SCOTTSDALE, AZ – (July 26, 2005) – Marcolin USA, Inc. is pleased to announce Steven Barbery as Vice-President of Retail Sales. Mr. Barbery will manage all U.S. relationships with our integral retail partners.

Steven comes to Marcolin USA, Inc. with extensive experience in all facets of the retail business, including the designing, planning & forecasting, marketing and the execution of product launches. He also has successfully coordinated nationwide sales teams to build the retail partnerships needed to substantially grow sunwear sales in department stores. Steven's strong fashion and financial background will support Marcolin's continued retail growth in the U.S. marketplace with current and future fashion brands.

Starting his career in the buying program at Lord & Taylor, Steven was promoted and held several designer leather goods buying positions with Lord & Taylor and Liberty House Department Stores. Steven served Viva Group International as the National Sales Manager for Guess, Ellen Tracy, Candies, and Harley Davidson. Most recently, he was the Vice President/National Sales Manager at Fossil Inc., where he was responsible for the sales and marketing of all Fossil sunwear lines.
